Several times in the past few weeks I've clicked on the "Results" link on the home page and it has not worked. I get some kind of error page. Is the results page broken? I've not seen anyone else complain about it here.

Hmm. Just tried again and it still does not work. Just to be clear, I'm talking about the link on the home page that takes you to a page that lists the workunits you've worked on. Each one is a link to a nice graph that shows how your results compare to everyone else's who have also submitted results for the same workunit.

It used to work for me. Now, when I click the link it stalls for 2 minutes (I just timed it) and displays a page that says "Request Error" at the top and then the line "Sorry, the data requested does not exist." below. The page looks like a normal RAH page with the graphics at the top. The URL in the box on my browser after the error page appears is https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/rah_results.php?UserID=1447

Is it possible that you are logged out at the time to click the link? If so, it doesn't really know which user ID to display for you. But then if it shows your user ID in the resulting page, it did know that.

...you must have crunched so much that it blow out the system! :)

I just got the same "result" trying that URL. It took a long time too (two minutes maybe?). I wonder if something hit a timeout.

I tried several other users. Each failed with various amount of time passed before delivering the error page.

Nope, I'm logged in. I can go to my account page and see my 4 computers and everything about them. Maybe it is some kind of timeout problem.

i've tried two different times 30 mins apart to look at your url and it just sits there and then says "Sorry, the data requested does not exist."

try my results as they seem to be working just fine.

I tried your and get a page that says "Unable to handle request" at the top and beneath that, "No access". Maybe someone is working on it? I just tried my own and now they appear to be working.

Hmm, I'm not sure we're talking about the same results page. This is yours:

https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/rah_results.php?UserID=1447

Mine is working on and off. Most off the time it doesn't work or only after a very long delay.

I'm glad to hear that you have long delays also. I had thought the delays were caused by my connection which is over two miles away from the exchange.

Mine sometimes loads and sometimes doesn't load. It varies from day to day.

Hope that helps.

Wishes that some extremely clever person could fix 'Reports and plots of results'. Not been able to get there since I came back from an enforced outage a few days ago. When I key 'View' nothing happens, except that after a long wait twice got the message - the requested data does not exist -.

Takes an age then comes up with "Sorry, the data requested does not exist.".
Wave upon wave of demented avengers march cheerfully out of obscurity into the dream.

The reporting server is indeed having trouble lately due to an unusually large amount of persisting data. Experiments get purged from the database if results have not been returned for 30 days, but currently there are a number of active experiments that require a huge amount of sampling so a lot of data is remaining in the database. I'll look into hopefully improving things but it may take some time.
