I donate as many cycles as I can justify to Rosetta at the moment. If I attatch to Ralph, I will need to move cycles from Rosetta. Simple question, would the team here rather I keep 100% Rosetta, move 100% to Ralph or split my resource? If split, what proportion? I assume that the Ralph units are actually safe, i.e. they will not crash machines or totally stall BOINC. All my machines run more then one project. Resource in question is 20% share of 3.2GHz HT P-IV and 40% share of 2.533GHz non HT P-IV. Wave upon wave of demented avengers march cheerfully out of obscurity into the dream. |

We prefer you concentrate cpu usage to Rosetta@home. Ralph work units may not be stable at times since they are for testing. |

Vonderfull, but how do I stop the ralph from freezing my computer. I was looking at your PC WUs and I notice that most end with "Client error". You may want to just set "Leave app in memory when pre-empted"=YES (if you don't do it already) as per R@H FAQ Q. How do I set Rosetta@Home to stay in memory? PS: This "support" is off-topic for Science forum (Mod feel free to remove it), but the forum has no PvtMsg facility...
