22) Message boards : Number crunching : Question about the screensaver (Message 4560) Posted 28 Nov 2005 by Dragokatzov Post: I really like this screen saver, but how are the graphics created, by the cpu, or gpu. the reason why i ask, is that i really want to have the screen saver running, but, i don't if it is going to slow down the time it takes to return a resuilt. like in the old SETI @home. the screensaver took like 5 or 6 times as long to do it with the screensaver then with out.
