i'm still loking if this question was asked before...
anyway ...
i'm running a 900mhz linux(Knoppix 3,6) system and it it is lazy as he** ...
it is running 4 days now but never started working ...
the manager download 2 times a workunit caulated the first but didn't started the second...
the machine is requesting continusly for workunits but it is responding that no work was sended...
what is wrong with the manager / linux(knoppix)
network connection is set to "always"

Every WU you have downloaded has errored out, they have these two errors listed
#define ERR_FOPEN -108
#define ERR_RESULT_START -185

I recommend you pull that computer until you determine what it's problem is.....

yes i had ...
anyway i solved the problem...
I had a problem with my bois batery so i ran my pc without it ...
it was somerkind of timeout failure
my os time was 1.1.2000...
:)
so i got the lesson... :)
