I run several Boinc project on many computers.
Rosetta, climatepredictor .. and many more.
It seems that rosetta gets a computational error on the current work unit as boinc switches to another project. And there is an absolute correlation between project update, (send and receive), as another project receives new work units and starts to run. Rosetta gets a computational error..., and it is what I have observed.

PLEASE READ THE TOP OF THE Q&A SECTION - WHERE IT SAYS "PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING".

All of these questions and problems have already been addressed, in detail, in the CORRECT location, which is the "Number Crunching" forum. These "Q&A" areas should not be used and will soon be deleted.
