The problem is with your system, or it's installation of VirtualBox, as VirtualBox isn't able to setup any Virtual Machines.

VBoxManage.exe: error: AMD-V is disabled in the BIOS (or by the host OS) (VERR_SVM_DISABLED)

Go in to your System's BIOS & in the CPU settings or Advanced CPU settings make sure SVM Mode (Secure Virtual Machine Mode), or similar, is enabled. Save and re-boot.

If it still fails to run then i would suggest re-setting the project. That will make it clear out all of the existing project files & re-download them.
If it still gives VirtualBox errors, i would exit BOINC, re-download & reinstall the current version with Vbox support.

I shut down R@H on all my computers and have switched to covid research on World Community Grid. Absolutely no problems keeping all threads busy doing constructive work. Much better environment.

I run WCG as well as SiDock

Yep, that's an error on their end: VBoxManage.exe: error: Could not find a registered machine named 'boinc_710fe83ccec1d268'
VBoxManage.exe: error: Details: code VBOX_E_OBJECT_NOT_FOUND (0x80bb0001), component VirtualBoxWrap, interface IVirtualBox, callee IUnknown
VBoxManage.exe: error: Context: "FindMachine(Bstr(VMNameOrUuid).raw(), machine.asOutParam())" at line 2621 of file VBoxManageInfo.cpp

https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/result.php?resultid=1449550865

If that keeps up, then abort all the rest and put the project on no new tasks for 24-48 hrs and try again.

Typical of RAH group

All those fancy logos mean nothing to us. That's just where they get money for their fancy play toys at the lab.

I understand you're frustrated....

P.S.
I'm italian, so i don't understand "fancy logos"...

Currently, all of my computers are fully occupied doing Covid or cancer research on WCG, SI-Dock or TN-Grid or climate research on CPDN. When Rosetta has work again it will take it’s fair share of the cores available - it was the same when TN-Grid stopped supplying work and when SI-Dock stopped supplying work and when I cocked up my settings and couldn’t get CPDN work.

After some tests, i've found that i can run 1 VM Rosetta wu + 10 "standard" Sidock wus without priority problems.
Other projects stop Rosetta VM and run only their wus

I do not have VM loaded on my machines so they don’t even try to run RPP - they’re busy enough without me running the hoops required and they don’t have sufficient memory to run RPP successfully.

The hard disk space and RAM required are also too large. My computer has only 8G of RAM in total, and R@h need 7629.39 MB of RAM, I can only say goodbye to it.Is a four-year trip only going to end here?

Have faith, normal Rosetta tasks will return in a blaze of glory and crunchers will once again put their CPUs to the grindstone and contribute :-)

I run WCG Open Pandemics too, but as I've said before, it really is useless, seemingly checking things that no-one wants to know and having produced nothing of any interest to anyone.
Covid is my top priority too, but I'm glad when other tasks come down.
It's good to keep busy, but in that case, doing nothing - or anything else - may actually be the better option from all I can glean

Yeah I got 4.2 stuff now as well.
I still don't get why it refuses to run Python.

If you don't like OPN, perhaps you could run the Mapping Cancer Markers instead.

Question: Then what is Open checking with the COVID 19.7.21?

I used to do TN-Grid, until a computer failure lost the information for doing so.

Could you mention their website, so I can connect my new computer to the project?

Tn-Grid - https://gene.disi.unitn.it/test/index.php

The new Rosetta 4.20 work seems to be a small batch. Queued tasks increased to 2.85 million from around 2.28 million. Won't last long.
