Since your computers are hidden, we can tell nothing... You need to either unhide them, or at least tell us the OS and give a link to the result ID #. (Hiding them doesn't protect anything, even when shown we can't see very much; the Wiki explains it in detail, or you can just click on my name on the left and see what is shown for mine.)

"000005" is awfully generic; it basically means "something broke". Since it's your first result, if you are on Windows, I assume you ran the graphics to watch - do you have an ATI graphics card? If so, you may need to update the drivers. If you're not on Windows, was there anything unusual that happened during this result?

Oh - and I am assuming you have "leave applications in memory when preempted" set to YES on the preferences page. If not, you must change that back to the default or you will have very few successful results.

Yes I was watching the graphics ... I'll look into the matter of updating.

Leave applications in memory while preempted is set to NO.

FYI, I'm also running Predictor@Home and it is working fine

That's the problem then! Correct that, and everything will probably be fine. There's a known bug in the application that crops up if it's switched out of memory at certain times. There is _no_ downside to having that preference be a "yes", as long as your system meets the minimum requirements to run Rosetta (which it does). In fact, even if you only had 256MB, as long as you have a reasonable sized swap file, and are attached to fewer than 5 or 6 projects, there's _still_ no downside.

Many thanks BM for your advise...

Reading your reply then changing the prefrences for the "preempted" to "yes" were the last two thing I did 4 days ago and before I log out ... to catch a plane.

There were 2 days of R@H WUs already in my system and when I returned back...I found them all "ready to report"...which I did .. and everything seems to be working fine.

Thanks again for your time and help ... much appreciated.

O&O (You for sure deserve the +1 rating.)
