There is a huge percentage of the population that suffers from psoriasis.

I wonder if Rosetta could be used in researching a cure or treatments?

Right now Rosetta is working on the 'process' of figuring out how to do things better and more efficiently, not actual disease research. But as things move forward our crunching can make it easier for the actual researchers to do things quicker. So yes it could work out for Psoriasis, but not be limited to it either.

For instance I got a rash a few weeks ago, it took 7 days for the petri dish to grow the culture so they exactly what it was so they could target the rash and treat it more efficiently. In the meantime I was on a broad spectrum heavy duty iv antibiotic every 12 hours for a week! If they could figure out how to make that stuff grow faster I could have been done with the iv's much quicker! The process of growing the culture in the petri dish is an example of what Rosetta is working on, how do you speed up that process to get usable results sooner. Now I have no idea if Rosetta can even work on the 'petri dish' scenario, but they are working to find ways to speed up the research process so things can happen quicker.

The best way to treat it now is with the right nutrition. you would be surprised how many things a proper diet can fix

Actually I think it is the Israelis that have it figured out, sun, mud and the salt from the Red Sea, and a special combination of the three over time seems to cure most people of all outward symptoms.
