If you go to "Your Account", and you have set a "Target CPU Run Time" value, you can see it. If, however, you "Switch View" to get the horizontal listing, the same field shows "Not Selected".

I assume as the Target is a Rosetta specific item, this is a R@H issue, not a BOINC one. If it is otherwise, just say and I'll report it on the Trac.
