Hi! I am founder of TomaszPawelTeam!

I would like to reserve so that nobody can never take control of my squad. How I can do this? Even if for some reasons I won't be active for long time?

Sorry, you can't do that. If you're inactive for a long time and someone wants to take over the foundership duties, I think it's fair for that person, particularly if the founder cannot be contacted.

Long time - how long?

How many times you try to contact with founder?

If you use only email are you not afraid that for some reasons someone adds you to spam filter without the knowledge of owner of email, and you email won't reach the addressee.

how long? I can't really say, it's a bit subjective. By inactive, I mean low or no RAC and cannot be contacted within two weeks. Just make sure you can be contacted via email or private message. You can always shoot me an email about holding your foundership for periods when you can't be contacted (vacations etc..) Just let me know the specific time periods.

The process I've been taking thus far is:

1. the person requesting the change tries to contact the founder via a private message or whatever means available.

2. after trying to contact the founder, they send a request to me via email

3. If the founder is clearly not active with no RAC, I grant the change. If the founder is active with RAC, I try to contact the founder with their registered email.

4. I wait two weeks for a response.

5. If I get no response, I'll grant the change.

Attempts to contact the founder will be made through email and private message only. Bottom line is that founders should make sure that people can contact them through email or private message.
