I haven't seen any stats being exported for the last two days. Do we have a problem?
Regards
Trevor

Looks like the daemon that calls the exporting program was stuck. It should work now for the next export.

How does this affect the Boinc Manager stat graph?

Hello David E K,

Thanks for the update.

How does this affect the Boinc Manager stat graph?

Hello greg_be,

On my PC Boinc Manager shows the normal (expected) stats graphs.
BOINC 5.10.45.

Have a nice day,
Path7.

I don't get it then. Granted and Claimed are running the same as they always have yet my RAC started dropping shortly after the stats problems.

Does anyone know where boinc mgr gets its stats info from?

another odd thing is that my einstein graph shows the same thing, but they operate differently, the results have to be verified by another computer and then you get granted credit. I have over 1,000 in claimed credit waiting to be granted once someone elses computer picks up.

still does not explain why my RAH graph is acting weird.
i just upgraded to the new relase of 6.2.19 of boinc mgr.
hopefully this issue clears its self up the next time the stats program updates.

Hello greg_be,
The stats export was stalled, but is now working. For example, the Free_DC stats site shows an incremental (between daily updates) update around five hours ago. When the next daily updates happen, it looks as if all will be OK again.

I noticed that on the Rosetta 'Your Account' page, the Total Credits and the RAC have been OK all along. However, at the bottom of that sane page, under "Projects in which you are participating", those stats were frozen, too, resulting in a slow decay of the RAC shown there. I think that issue will resolve itself, too, since the export task is running again. Pesky daemons!

Greg, I believe you will find that the dots on the graph on your local BOINC Manager reflect each scheduler contact made and the client's history of credit reported back from the scheduler. The scheduler and the website RAC and host numbers are all part of the primary project database. The stats are summarized and posted seperately. Typically on a daily basis... when the task that does this summarizing is running properly.

Now that the task is running again, you will see a big gap up on the third party statistics sites. This is because the summarized stats is typically the only source they use for their information.
