karlandellie please abort that one. The newer version of Rosetta should resolve such problems in the future. [edit] looks like the watchdog already did that for you. The task has reported back. Rosetta Moderator: Mod.Sense |

Looks like I've got a similar problem like Aegis, with minirosetta version 1.47. https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/workunit.php?wuid=204036661 Preferences are 6 hours as well, it's been running for about 6 hours 45 min now. Like Aegis' WU, it is still at model 1 and the Accepted window has been showing the same folding for some time. However, the Searching window displays a constantly changing, high detail folding. Again, these changes doesn't seem to count as a full steps. Low energy is at -2.92..., Accepted engery is 17.71... I can't tell you anything about the memory it uses, though. |

One of my systems is saying a run time of 56-72 hours for current and new work units when it usually take 3ish hours per WU. Should I await the results before posting here? |

RichT, the newest BOINC clients are having some serious problems calculating their duration correction factors. Don't worry. They won't take any longer then they used to to actually complete. Rosetta Moderator: Mod.Sense |

RichT, the newest BOINC clients are having some serious problems calculating their duration correction factors. The problem is with skewed DCF you can eventually lose the ability to get work or maintain a queue of an appropriate size. |

I'm currently requesting 12-hour workunits, and got one that decided this was only enough time to complete 2 decoys: https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/workunit.php?wuid=211096685 I'm running BOINC 6.2.28 under Vista SP1 with an AMD dual-core CPU. |

https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/result.php?resultid=239774765 19 credits? Just because this unit was more difficult to generate a decoy? Pretty rough for 12 hours work. |

I was only able to complete 4 models on this guy with a 24hr runtime preference. It ran for 20.5hrs and then must have seen that one more model would take it over the 24hr target. Task name is lb_mtyka_picked_csts_hb_t370__IGNORE_THE_REST_2ARZA_6_11182_9_0 Add this signature to your EMail: Running Microsoft's "System Idle Process" will never help cure cancer, AIDS nor Alzheimer's.
