This version contains numerous updates/developments to the scientific protocols including abinitio, jumping, and loop modeling. It also contains a fix for the graphics application. When I took a look at my computer I had a firewall (Zonelarm) popup saying that minirosetta 1.28 wanted to communicate with the internet and asked me whether to allow it. I don't know if it failed because it had to wait too long to communicate or if it tried to communicate because it failed... The task seems to start however there is 0% cpu utilization and its not working at all. However, there is no error in log... I am running boinc 5.10.45 on Windows XP SP2, IBM T43. Other projects including standard Rosetta application (not minirosetta) are working well... PS I also tried to reset project and download files again... However it did not help.
