I just reported one, everything's fine again (and hopefully not just for just now ;)

not getting any new work, upload and report were ok.
manager says it is due to no headers and no data.

Hi.

Have you got a problem again, downloads are very slow i have three tasks

trying to come down and they are only running at around 3KBps and taking forever

they are all over 9MB each.

I'm currently looking into this. looks like the filesystem is sluggish and I've alerted our sys admin team.

I am also in the middle of restarting the project so it should start back up soon.

the recent downtime, i have a number of tasks waiting one has been sitting their

Same problem here over the last few days, but things seem to have perked up now. There's probably still a backlog to clear for some people though.
