to whom it may concern,

I'm doing some number crunching for rosetta@home and am connected through bam.boincstats.com (as far as management goes).

Credit that i'm racking up on rosetta@home is not appearing in my boincstats account.

Is this an upstream or downstream problem...?

you sure you've used the same name and email address to register? or are you running multiple projects on the same computer?

Hello RobMattson,

I found a link in the combination: RobMattson & Rosetta@home:
http://boincstats.com/stats/user_graph.php?pr=rosetta&id=245049
Is this your result on R@h?

Have a nice day,

But, um, now i think i'm confused. You see, when i log in and try to see my detailed stats, i see this page:

http://boincstats.com/stats/boinc_user_graph.php?pr=bo&id=ae473069dcee59bfe1f852ed897d1b8a

It is this account that I attach my boinc clients to.
The BOINC cross project identifiers are different...

Is there something wrong, or am i barking up the wrong tree, proverbially speaking.

Hi RobMattson,

You can check your Cross-project ID from this page https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/home.php, if you are logged on! About a 1/3 from the bottom of the page.
Entering you name on boincstats.com gives three times RobMattson: http://boincstats.com/search/result.php.
Like dcdc wrote above: you might have 2 different Cross-project ID's when you have 2 different Names or e-mail addresses on both projects.

Good luck crunching R@h,
Path7.

Since it sounds like you have multiple IDs, do the following (it does take time for BAM's servers to get it right, like a couple of weeks!):

Make sure you have all projects on a single computer (or at least some overlap involving all projects).
Make sure all your projects have the same user name (which it sounds like you already have).

I had this same problem before, and it did take time for it to finally get resolved. BAM will makeup all the credit, so don't worry. Patience is virtue! :)

The user name does not matter. You need to have all the email addresses the same and in lowercase.
