I am running rosetta_beta_5.91_i686-pc-linux-gnu. The problem I am I'm having the exact same issue. It is quite a problem, since most of my machines run headless - I don't have the luxury to spend time logging into each one to abort tasks manually... I use 5.91 on GNU/linux (on all of my machines) - Trib' |

if you have one pc with a monitor, and boinc, you can log in to the other computers by that computer, and so abort the tasks, that shouldnt take more time than half an hour i guess, untill you have something like 40 pc's. |

The 1zpy jobs are really big and complex simulations (which are more likely to get stuck) and a lot of them was sent out over the holidays. We will update the executable soon to improve the performance of this and other similar simulations in the future. |

validate error on s099_1_homologymodel_strictosidine_synthase_2472_8864_0 "Validate error - The task was reported but could not be validated, typically because the output files were lost on the server." why were the files lost on the server? |

A few others mentioned this group as well, seems to be having trouble: Hi Gambo That job completed normally - it probably got a low credit because it was a complex task as it only managed to run one decoy (model), whereas most tasks of that kind are producing more decoys for that amount of computation. |
