User of the day is 'David Dec' who checked out August of 2009, 3 weeks after Windows 7 was released. Same situation on Ralph@Home. User of the day is "Frankie4Fingers", last contact September 2008. |

User of the day for Feb 13 is 'Oahu_Dave' who abandoned Rosetta almost exactly 10 years ago. Happy Adios Rosetta anniversary! |

User of the day for February 15 was 'Sambernardo' who abandoned the project in March of 2007, 2 months after Windows Vista was released. So glad the Rosetta team finds a 1 day crunching equivalent 12 years ago notable! |

User of the day for February 16 is user 'Ronald Schmars', adding to the list of long gone crunchers. Ron said adios in February 2009. Stop now and start looking for your name in the user limelight .. in 2029! |

Look, nobody except an algorithm chooses these "Users of the day". They, i.e. the admins, have to purge the database and throw out all the ancient accounts with 0 points. I proposed that years ago...nothing happened...nothing like that ever will... Nobody that matters reads the forums... You can stop posting here...and wander off to FAH...I did... |

Let's summarize the last 14 users profiled. Abandoned as follows: 3 in 2006 3 in 2007 6 in 2009 1 in 2010 1 in 2012 Apparently if you've crunched after 2012 the 'algorithm' denies you entry as 'user of the day' worthy. So lets continue blaming the formula, not the Rosetta team who could easily pull publicizing this dubious distinction but don't care. |

Apparently if you've crunched after 2012 the 'algorithm' denies you entry as 'user of the day' worthy. So lets continue blaming the formula, not the Rosetta team who could easily pull publicizing this dubious distinction but don't care. I think it's only a question of the will of admins. There are a lot of boinc server commands (and configurations) to control the users account. For example, ProfileScreen |

User of the day for February 19 is 'Tracy' who abandoned the project September 2010. When compared to others lately this could be considered a recent drop out amazingly. |

User of the day for February 20th is 'Nick S.Beer' who jumped ship way back in June of 2007. Another example of Rosetta's motto 'if they bailed years ago let's make 'em user of the day!' |

User of the day for February 22 is 'Fixdmix', another long gone cruncher who abandoned the project in April of 2010. Can you imagine the computing power had just 10% upgraded and stayed with the project? |

Can you imagine the computing power had just 10% upgraded and stayed with the project? There is a lot of way to retain the volunteers. For example with a greater partecipation of admins to forums. |

Is that why my post about the broken computer summary page is not being responded too? |

I think both issues have been resolved now. The user of the day should now have at least a RAC of 1. If there are any other issues feel free to contact me directly at dekim at uw dot edu |

I think both issues have been resolved now. The user of the day should now have at least a RAC of 1. Thinking on it, i change my idea on Ralph. 'Cause it's months that there is no work on it, all people have <1 of RAC. P.S. User of the day of Ralph is 'David Emigh', latest contact was August 2008. |

I have this problem with Tasks page: When I switch to it from Your account page, it shows everything fine. But when I click any filter type link like "In Progress" or "Valid" or "Error", etc, I get an empty page and message "Already logged in". |

See the following thread: https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/forum_thread.php?id=6893&postid=96029#96029 Appears this is a problem for everyone trying to check on their WU/task status. |
