Split the Message Board server from the Work unit server.

I think it would be nice if we could still access Rosetta's forums, when the Work Unit Server goes down for maintence.

Just a thought ;)

We can't do this without modifying the BOINC distribution code and moving the forum tables into another database on a separate server. An alternative would be to use a different forum solution but we don't expect to have that many outages to justify it.
