Task returning to 0% on restart.

If I run a task for some time and after that I shut down my computer, when I restart it later it comes back to 0 %. Does anyone know how to fix this? Should I get another version of BOINC? After a restart, Rosetta will run from the last place that it checkpointed. If it didn't manage to reach a checkpoint the last time the computer was on then it will start from 0%.
