I tried R@H some days back, but found the memory consumption was too much, and so left it at that. Now I hear this: "The rosetta application has been updated on all platforms. The updated versions should have a smaller memory footprint and the OSX version should also run on 10.3.9+." How much is the memory footprint, exactly? |

65MB RAM per WU now ;) I have seen my memory useage on R@h up to about 120mb. However, I am using two 256mb boxes for several days with no problems so far. Regards, Bob P. |

Keep in mind that the memory usage still depends on the protein and the type of method being tested. |
