No real need. It looks very similar to what mine used to look like on dial-up.
The errors download errors are aborted downloads (i.e. the .gz file for the target is a large one so it gets aborted, by selection.) Also the No Reply is remenisent of what I had lots of under the 1 week target deadline since dial-up users tend to do bulk unload and downloads. It happens, one reason why 1 week deadlines are bad (I had lots of these during CASP, nothing I could do about it, it may eventually get returned but you get no credit.). Though we seem to be getting a mix of 1 weeks and longer at the moment. Also the no reply may come from an aborted download/removed from the queue, again I had a few of them.

Many of the first ones I looked at say "<error_code>-114</error_code>
<error_message>user requested transfer abort</error_message>". And considering that this host shows a RAC of 1,817 (equal to about 8 machines or so), I think the contributor is already aware of the issue.
