Graphs - Weakly Similar

Anyway, the distribution of point we "hit" seems to me to be weakly similar. In other words, we keep doing the same "basic" area. So, I am back to my original question to the project team ... could our lack of success in finding the "gold" be in the way we cover the map? It may seem like we are hitting the "same basic area" but RMSD is not a good metric to conclude this. You have to look at the structures in more detail to come to that conclusion, which we did, and there is an issue and as DB has noted, we are working on methods to cover more space.
