The Rosetta application has been updated to include fixes to the core algorithm for protein modeling. Due to how the algorithm interacts internally, we will leave graphics disabled for this version.

Ralph is offline currently.
I tried to connect to the website, got no where.
PING is ok.
Tried a website checker, also said it was down.

Maybe they are working on the system.

Works seems restarted on Ralph.
But with a lot of problems/errors....

Now I’m totally confused, I’ve been signed up to Ralph for several years and have previously received work but none for a long time.

So on the back of this post I’ve tried again, no work. I’ve looked on the forum and I can see you discussing work but the status shows :-

There have been some v4.29 Rosetta Tasks for all presently supported platforms for testing, but only very few have been released so far.

It might be that these batches are the last step of the process stated on page 28 here: https://meilerlab.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/2024_ML_in_Rosetta_GA.pdf

In which case the work might continue to be sporadic, but in large batches when available. That's just a guess though - I don't have any inside information...

Well, the Ralph site was back up for a while there, although the Ralph server was still down and the Ralph project settings were still broken.
Now the site' has died, again.

Actually it's been down for several days, with just a brief spark of life for a while yesterday.
And now it's back again, and the Ralph@home preferences are still broken. And the Ralph host is still dead.


Oh, and for good measure the boinc-process host here is dead again as well as the validations are piling up. Good thing we're now out of work.
