Almost all my team members have kept their heads above water. And this morning some new tasks have come through to keep the wolf from the door - hopefully just in time. It's almost as if people don't realise that people go on holiday for Christmas and the New Year. Maybe it's a mistake not to shut down the project completely in the holidays and just announce it's shut down and start up dates. That way, no-one would have to field complaints in the early hours of New Year's day. Or maybe it's just a gag I don't get because I'm getting grumpy in my old age. I despair at the entitlement. It's also the first time, if i remember correctly, that the project has 2 different app (3.xx and 4.xx) at the same time. Usually they introduce the new app and dismisse the old.
