Are the units for 1hz6A over?

Have been running them on wifes computer, run good. I just added Rosetta to my main computer to run a couple a day with CPDN running most of the time. When I got the work I got all 1acf and a few others, no 1hz6A.

On this system the samll ones would have been good as I only give projects other than CPDN a little time. On the other system whare Rosetta is the main program the larger 1acf would be great.

I like the way this is running diferant proteins but would be good if we could sellect which to run, I would have them all on diferant computers.

This one has 512 megs of PC2100 (266 Mh), and fills it up, have a Gig of PC3200 (400mh) on order for this one which should help. The other computer has 768 megs of PC2100, will take the 256 Megs chip out and put the 512 from this system into that so it will have 1 Gig also.

Cheers
Ray

Thank you, looks like I just picked the wrong time to get them for this system. Will not abort these, will run them but will take a little longer, only run it about 2 to 3 hr's a day on this one. Maby I will get some on this system next time I get more work.

The other system runs it 75% of the time, large ones there are no problem.

Cheers
Ray
