Rosetta's work units vary in length, depending on which protein we're modelling, or that's my understanding of it anyway. I have had some "1acf" units as well and they took quite a long time. But since then I've had "1bmb" work units, which don't take anywhere near as long. The "1pva" ones we had before took very little time (typically 1.5 hours on my Athlon XP 3000+) Takes a bit of getting used to, especially when the progress bar doesn't move for a long time. * Join BOINC@Australia today * ID: 1280 · Rating: 0 · rate: / Reply Quote
