Is there any way to increase the "Time to Completion" that the BOINC manager shows for these units now that they are taking twice as long to process?

They show up as 4:27:09 on my system, how about doubling the time? This would be alot closer to what the units actually take.

Work units used to take about 3.5-4.5 hours to complete.

Last unit 1acf_abrelax_no_cst_08156_0 took about 8-9 hours.

current unit 1acf_abrelax_07909_0 is 4:32:03 into unit, 0% complete.

Ok, unit just got un-preempted and is running - is at 4:33:37, and 58.33%.

seems weird to jump like that...

Rosetta's work units vary in length, depending on which protein we're modelling, or that's my understanding of it anyway. I have had some "1acf" units as well and they took quite a long time. But since then I've had "1bmb" work units, which don't take anywhere near as long. The "1pva" ones we had before took very little time (typically 1.5 hours on my Athlon XP 3000+)

Takes a bit of getting used to, especially when the progress bar doesn't move for a long time.
