I tried R@H some days back, but found the memory consumption was too much, and so left it at that. Now I hear this:

"The rosetta application has been updated on all platforms. The updated versions should have a smaller memory footprint and the OSX version should also run on 10.3.9+."

How much is the memory footprint, exactly?

65MB RAM per WU now ;)

I have seen my memory useage on R@h up to about 120mb. However, I am using two 256mb boxes for several days with no problems so far.

Keep in mind that the memory usage still depends on the protein and the type of method being tested.
