Please continue to dedicate as many resources to Rosetta@Home until then. Even after the contest is over, Rosetta still needs as much power as it can get. It's not like they only need it for this and then you can stop crunching. They will still need people crunching for them to help work on their goals and models. I'd like to see 2-3 times the computational power brought to this project that it currently has. Rosy may be in her infancy and needs to be properly "fed" so that she matures and can be the benefit to mankind that I think she can. I mean don't crunch a 24 WU and report is Monday at 11:59PM. Bakerlab needs some time to analyze what you send back in order to formulate their CASP submission. Unfortunately, I've not seen stated exactly how large that time window is.
