Same account on two PCs

Or if I just need to wait for my two computers to spread out their requests better... This is not caused by two hosts running under the same account. It is caused by the same host contacting the server too often. It may be possible if a new host is created by copying the entire BOINC folder to the new host, but the next time it connects it should straighten itself out.
