Starting from Rosetta or Folding there are maybe around 10 major DC projects that study proteins and DNA's from different views. Is there any possibility to rank these specific medical or protein DC projects through importance or critical point of views or other values?

Who could "rank" them. I'm sure each project team believe their approach and goals to be important. I doubt you'd find any respectable expert in the field who would point at a project and say "that is worthless".

Studying a problem from different angles often leads to breakthroughs which never would have happened if all the eggs had been in one basket.

They can't be ranked in absolute importance, but I guess they could be ranked in things like papers published, or amount of funding or something like that.

every project is different so every project makes different flaws. and sometimes thats the beauty of it, cause errors are not always bad you know, they can give a great deal of information on what went wrong etc. etc. so as posted before you dont need to rank them, and you shouldn't want to rank them either. Its wasted energy cause the project changes their application realy frequent.
