It doesn't seem to at the moment. I tried attaching with BOINC development version 5.1.3 and failed. Downgrading to BOINC v4.x allowed me to attach immediately.

(When) will rosetta@home be ready for the new 5.x.x core clients?

When I get back from vacation, that is the first thing on my list of things to do.
