Looking at the graphs available to us in both the best predictions and the other page ...

Anyway, the distribution of point we "hit" seems to me to be weakly similar. In other words, we keep doing the same "basic" area.

So, I am back to my original question to the project team ... could our lack of success in finding the "gold" be in the way we cover the map?

Maybe it is just me, but, I have not seen where anyone has answered this question yet. Maybe I missed it some how ...

Yes. We are working on methods to keep the different calculations as spread out as possible. Tests of these approaches will start early this week, and we will report back the results as soon as we have them.

An additional note. It may seem like we are hitting the "same basic area" but RMSD is not a good metric to conclude this. You have to look at the structures in more detail to come to that conclusion, which we did, and there is an issue and as DB has noted, we are working on methods to cover more space.
