Newport News Virginia is my home. I'm 69 (2021) and have been in Computers since 1985 - as a Field Engineer first then as a Help Desk Technician for Verizon ( FiOS ) I have been Medically Disabled with heart issues - 9 MI's and 25 Angioplasties.
I was told 20 years ago, right after first MI, that I had 6 Months to live - I'm still here and only stopped working in 2007. I missed a lot of time from work for hospital stays.
I believe in distributive computing from it's earlier days on the PC. I'm new to Rosetta as of 2010 . I joined Rosetta as a believer in the search for information that will garner greater understanding that one day may save us and this planet of ours. |
