Face4 Systems Inc is a security focused biometric and machine vision solution provider from Ottawa ON, Canada. Due to the rapidly emergent and destabilizing pandemic, Face4 Systems has confirmed with the IT facilities to make spare resources available to the Rosetta@home effort to compute the prediction of protein structures of SARS-CoV-2, as well as predict novel protein structures that maybe synthesized for possible clinical methods of treating COVID-19.

Members of Discord channel M.A.S.S. (Medical and Academic Support Server) have joined the effort with Face4 Systems Inc to create a team who in solidarity will volunteer efforts to maintain and provide additional computational resources. In addition, Face4 Systems has began prototyping and testing 3D printing designs of reusable masks and venturi regulatory valves in preparation for the possible shortages due to the surge of emergency treatment for victims of COVID19.

In Canada the known number of deaths for all COVID19 cases confirmed so far are ~ 4.4%.

It is our belief such efforts to assist researchers in finding provenance from the data computed by volunteers which may bring a possible treatment for COVID19.
