I'm still having intermittent problems with some work-units never completing. The latest is WU "2p64_BOINC_SYMM_FOLD_AND_DOCK_RELAX_2p64_-crystal_foldanddock_2257_389...".
It has been sitting on CPU Time: 03:05:31 Progress: 94.885% for the last hour.
I will abort it now.

I am also having memory problems with the latest Rosetta version on my G4 powerbook. I have now suspended Rosetta until the problem is fixed.

I was having problems with the 5.54 version on my G5 dual 1.8MHz Mac and thought they had been resolved with version 5.59 but have noticed that one of the Rosetta workunits has a CPU time of 00:09:47 (which doesn't change) but looking at it in Activity Monitor it has a CPU time of 6:58:44 which is going up. My Rosetta workunits usually finish in less than 6 hours so something is not right.
I leave my Mac running all the time and share Boinc with Seti but have noticed that Seti hasn't been running - probably due to the Rosetta work unit that's stuck.
The name of the work unit is "1bxm__BOINC_POSEABINITIO__1645_2598_0"

I will abort the work unit and see if things run correctly.

PPC Mac dual 1.8 MHz, 3GB Ram, Mac OSX 10.4.8

Geoff, I see you have two machines. One running BOINC 5.8.15 and the other running 5.8.8. Which is having this problem where Rosetta stops getting CPU time?

I am running BOINC 5.8.15 on my G4 Powerbook - that seems to be running O.K.
The dual G5 is running 5.8.8 and is having the problem. Currently both processors are running Rosetta and nothing is happening. I will probably abort the Rosetta project and let Seti run until this gets resolved.

Should I revert back to BOINC 5.8.15 on the dual G5?

Lots of R@H units not working on my G4 Dual as well with the newest boinc update + 5.54. Same for Predictor@home (involving maybe the same math or same expectations of my system?).

Anyone getting 5.54 to happily run on a G4 Mac with the older boinc client?

I'm running R@H and Seti on a G5 dual 1.8GHz and the work units keep "stopping", i.e. the status is 'Running' but the CPU Time doesn't go up. Activity monitor shows zero activity. I guess the work unit will eventually get rolled out to let Seti have a go and maybe it will run for a while when it restarts. It means that my work units are taking much longer to complete.
I'm running MacOSX 10.4.8.
