I would like to see the use of the "Your" word in Rosetta menus minimized where unnecessary or redundant. It creates a feeling of division between administration and users. If necessary to personalize, the "My" word is at least more intuitive from the user's perspective, as in "My profile". Our shared Rosetta project is a team effort, so why not drop dualistic references altogether when possible. For instance, simply saying "to format text" instead of "to format your text" is plain and clear enough.

On the home page I read the news: “Outage Notice: The project will be down tomorrow for a few hours starting at around noon Friday Nov 9th for maintenance and a server upgrade”. I wonder myself, according to which time area does the outage take place? Is this Pacific Standard Time (UTC -8 hours)?

Are you asking if the project intends to review every img tag in every post and compare it's use with the appropriate use standards of the website from which it was referenced?
