Common to these errors are that the CPU time is always very low, something like 0.06 seconds. The application is always "Rosetta Mini with new score terms" and the WU name is something like "1fna__BOINC_CASP8_ABRELAX_SPLIT_SPLIT_IGNORE_THE_REST-S25-9-S3-3--1fna_-_4662_210" Since these erroneous WU's don't consume CPU at all, the break at the very beginning, they shouldn't harm at all I guess?
2) Message boards : Number crunching : Problems with Rosetta version 5.67 (Message 41477) Posted 26 May 2007 by morjar Post: Also started to get "Low Virtual memory" (Taskinfo) alerts on two Windows XP's about an hour ago. The private (virtual) memory for each Rosetta is >1GB. The WU's running are gp04__BOINC_SYMM_FOLD_AND_DOCK_SUBSYSTEM-gp04_-delC126__176_*.
