RoseTTAFold: Accurate prediction of protein structures and interactions using a three-track neural network

Is there a different purpose in those python workunits compared to the Rosetta 4.20 or Rosetta Mni 3.78 workunits? |

Posted 27 Dec 2021 by fufu Post: Hi everybody, I'm wondering if Rosetta@home still has a purpose if Bakerlabs can now predict proteins much faster with RoseTTAFold. Are there any plans to use this AI on the grid? I think it's much easier to do this in their internal network. But if this is the case, why are there still "normal" Rosetta workunits available? I would guess that the "old" way is ineffective compared to the new approach. |
