Post:
Why is it that the "Progress Percentage" Counter Updates in Large Chunks???

All of the other Projects, "Progress" Meter's follow along with the CPU Time???

PROBLEM IS: If Crunching Stop's during a period betweeen Updates.... The CPU Time goes back to the last saved point...

Thereby, Wasting MY CPU Time... What Give's???

Waiting to see my Progress Count Up...

Aloha,

Sad Rosetta Cruncher
2) Questions and Answers : Macintosh : "To Completion" Timer Counts Up - Second by Painful Second & Progress % is Stuck @ 1.000% or Similar (Message 19413)

Post:
Hardware:
Mac iBook G4 @ 1.33Ghz, Mac OS 10.3.9 & Is 100% Stable, 768MB Ram, BOINC 5.4.9, Rosetta 5.24, BOINC is set to "Run Always & Network Available Always...

1st:
"To Completion" Timer Counts Up... Clicking Up Second by Painful Second... If I DO NOT know when the "WU" is going to be Completed... I may Detach from the Project as I DO NOT want to waste Precious CPU Time to a WU that Never ends... How Retarded is that???

2nd:
The "Progress" Percentage is Stuck or Does Not Count up as the CPU Time Ticks away... This Problem might be Related to the "To Completion" Timer... As the Rosetta App CANNOT compute a Progress Percentage as a Result of the "To Completion" Timer Forever Counting Up & Up & Up & Up...

If this Problem is NOT resolved I may Detach from the Project, as I DO NOT want to WASTE Valuable CPU Time on a WU that never ends...

Other than that... All other Projects running on BOINC run Correctly... Not Rosetta...

Waiting Patiently for the Fix...

Aloha,

BOINC Cruncher - Team "Hawaiian Beach Bums"
