I use the Zone Alarm firewall and am wondering if the Manager or Client definitions should be allowed Server rights ? I typically don't allow that.. You haven't attached to any projects. You need to go the projects tab and there will be a button that says "attach to new project". Click that and then enter the information you received in the e-mail which is the project URL and account key. It'll start downloading the files then and then start crunching.

We are in the Beta phase - we have been testing on UW's Housing and Food Services computers for the last couple of months. Sounds good. In the mean time, do you wish us to abort the WU's that have these long times or just turn them in late?

Just downloaded my first WU. 344 hours before completion. Deadline of 1 week. 24 hours x 7 = 168. Oops...... I have 271 hours to completion and I more than meet the minimum standard setup for the project but still won't finish the WU for at least 11 days working non-stop only on the Rosetta WU, not the 7 it's set for. In actuality it'll take much longer due to other BOINC projects on the computer as well.
