my systems are getting tasks consistently as of 21.02.2023 and server shows tasks in queue, so whatever was causing the issues seems to have been fixed yey!

i'm suspecting it is due to the fact that more physical work (lab tests, writing papers etc...) must be done before a larger batch comes out, current sparse tasks may be results of some computers exceeding the deadlines and tasks needing to be re-sent
not having any insider knowledge, just my hypothesis might be right might be totally worng

Rosetta is out of work, DENIS has a model problem, COSMO has a SSL problem, what else is going on out there with problems? Seems like you need 12 projects to get 8 of them with work at any given time.

Einstein@Home seems to have a LOAD of arecibo WU's since they have a new PhD there now crunching the data

Rosetta has run out of work about two days ago, always check the server status page in case you don't get work, usually you'll find the reason there.

Do You think it is an intermittent shortage or is the project heading into a sunset?

is it just my machines that seem to get flat out 0 work from Rosetta for the last 2 days (ongoing issue)?
Other projects work fine
6) Message boards : Technical News : Due to user feedback and an attempt to reduce the load on our servers, we increased the default target run time from 3 to 6 hours, increased job deadlines to 14 days, and added the target cpu runtime option of 2 days (Message 107562)

hi everyone!

I'd like to suggest for project maintainers to look into mac-arm binaries for Rosetta @ Home

native M - series binaries would have a great performance benefit over X86_64
The Einstein@Home project has created a native binary for Mac M1 devices and it runs WAY quicker than the same app but with the x86_64 binary (I've been watching over it explicitly to gauge any difference if any and it was huge in my mind!)
