We try to ensure that these bad jobs don't slip through, but they occasionally do. When that happens, your efforts to alert us to these problems are extremely important and very much appreciated. My average credit is down and checking completed units showed tens of units have failed to receive credits, over a considerable time period, due to errors. I will restart Rosetta after purging all current files and if that does not fix the waste of resources I will remove the project from my machines. Can you please explain why these problem files manifest themselves?
