When looking up the WUs in my task manager, then the ones that work fine with the previous minirosetta (i.e. minirosetta_3.41_windows_x86_64.exe) use around 300-500MB on my systems memory, while the WUs with minirosetta 3.43 only use around 20MB of memory. Furthermore, I looked up my recent messages from the BOINC manager window and discovered the error message described here with the 'faulty' 3.43 WUs: http://bit.ly/XEmOG3
