If I run V-box I can expect to find my computer has locked up or rebooted in less than a day. Installed, uninstalled, reinstalled etc. PITA Running SiDock now, 24/7 for a week, no issues.

No more tasks to run on my CPU. Moved on to another protect. I'll keep checking for tasks, but it feels like the end.

No choice but to switch to a different project. A few months back I tried the python projects and my computer would crash all the time. Reinstalled everything disabled python and all was well until a few days ago. Pretty sure it's not me.

(Message 105368) Posted 8 Mar 2022 by Charles Tomaras Post: Ran through a day or two's worth of Python projects and now it has quit giving me projects again. I'm back to running some other projects since I can't get tasks. Not sure what else to do. Maybe uninstall BOINC with Virtual Box and go back to Non-Virtual Box Boinc and see if I start getting projects again. Real drag as I've been running it for so many years with no issues.

Ran SETI since 2003, Rosetta since 2009. Now I cannot get any Rosetta tasks. I don't even know where the event log Rich C mentions is located. I'm just a Windows 11 computer user without a lot of internal skills. I've got SiDock@Home running now with no issues, just can't get any Rosetta tasks. I've reset the project. I've removed and re-added Rosetta. I'm running the virtual box version of Boinc but I don't really even know what that does or means in relation to Rosetta. Would appreciate some direction. Is there a BOINC/ROSSETTA for dummies book on Amazon?

Just running other projects, I've tried everything I can think of. Reinstalled BOINC, reset the project etc.

I've stopped running Rosetta because of this new problem which appeared with the latest updates. Keep checking back to see if it's solved but ran some more Rosetta stuff last night and it's still screwed up. My computer is fine and runs SETI on all cores with zero errors or issues.
