Get up in the morning, they've been running all night, now the estimate is over a day? This will make the later ones, which also think they are 8 hour jobs, report late.

In BOINC Manager (currently 7.14.2 x64) I clicked 'check for new version'. It came back and told me there wasn't one. I normally don't have the log window open, but I did because I was monitoring the stalled tasks. In THAT window, I got a message in RED saying there was a new version. Did the check again, NOW it says there is a new version. Hopefully they also fixed the bogus 'there is no newer version' message. Thanks!

Resetting the project is not necessary, but aborting that task seems to be, unless you want to waste more CPU time on it. Is there a way to restrict which app versions you get? I've looked, can't seem to find it. I've not seen this with version 4.15

What I finally did was to go to my http://www.boincstats.com/bam/projects/ page (if you're using it) and assign Rosetta a 500 priority, while everything else has 50. So in the meantime, something else will run, and when Rosetta has WUs, it should pick those up preferentially. Glad to have the status issue confirmed, however.

I was able to merge the two CPUs in question. Thanks! NOT a newbie, but all of the references I can find to merging CPU records are rather old, and although there is reference to turning this feature back on some years ago, it does not seem to have happened. For no reason I can determine, 1 of my 4 hosts keeps ending up reporting 0 points on BOINCstats under 'Host list'. I let it run its work out, renamed it, restarted it with only 3 projects, Rosetta being one of them. Ran fine for maybe a month, then starts showing 0 points again. Somehow this CPU is split yet again, and Rosetta is the only one of the 3 that won't let me merge the two of them together. It was running Rosetta previously, but there were more projects and I couldn't seem to figure out which one was causing the issue. Is there a way to do this?
