Yeah, just give it a fair chance again in the future.. And keep up the good work on Rosetta

While I'm not quite condemning it like I did before, I really think that fixing stuff like that would encourage people to do the project.. From the perspective of a BOINC user, we want to see our results..

Not realizing that I had bumped a thread of an old version of Rosetta@Home I decided to create a separate thread that was more relevant to this..

Basically this link is not working even for people who have crunched tons of workunits in the last 24 hours or the last week

https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/rah_results.php?userid=313723

That's my userID but you can change it with anything and it won't work.. Not that I haven't crunched serious WUs in the last week.

I know I'm going on this bumping thread thing again.

The not funny part is that it's not working again.

The funny part is that I did a Google search for the problem as usual, came across this thread, and only after reading the whole thing did I realize that I was actually the poster.

Oh.. PS sorry for blowing a fuse yet again in that last post a few years ago. I have learned to be less bitter since.. Although fixing this feature would really make it fun ;).

Rocco, I know you are very busy, but is there a quick implementation you could put out that converts at least one type of silent file to pdb

- Thanks

The Result Graphs on the website is NOT WORKING...

It is the results and data plots from active workunits

It looks like the server side system that handles it is fundamentally broken (resource issues), and would take a non-trivial amount of effort to fix. Unfortunately, the "fix" we're probably going to implement is to remove that feature/link altogether. Sorry about that.

When you take the fun out of doing a project, you lose customers quickly

Hi Mike,

To which graph are you referring?

Hey, sorry for blowing a fuse there... It is the results and data plots from active workunits

Thanks
Mike

Rosetta@Home has been updated to version 3.26. If you encounter any problems, please let us know. Thank you for your continued support.

This update improves performance of the hybrid protocol for comparative modeling on symmetric targets.

Please see my thread about viewing structure predictions as pdb files in the science forum.. I am posting here since I got no reply there

Where's support... Do they read these messages... It's been 10 days... FEEDBACK please. There must be a command line switch since the Rosetta staff obviously can convert the files using Rosetta

If I may comment again on this age-old thread... The extract_pdbs.bat is not working again... But may I request kindly that Rosetta@home makes a utility to extract all types of files into their PDB predictions from silent file format

Please keep us posted on the new workunits

on the recent IF3_LIKE_SAVE_ALL_OUT_ixx there seems to be evolutionary relationships between them....

Please clarify what exactly you are doing with these and how they will improve fold methods.... Keep us updated in that thread please

I read it in another thread. If Rosetta@home is not already using the public domain to store every prediction, then I suggest to do so.

I have read that the results of protein-folding tasks from BOINC are available in the public domain, but I fail to find a link to it....

It would be helpful to post a link on the home page of Rosetta@Home

Could someone reply to this post with a link to where the results are in the public domain....
