When I checked my messages area it says that they were uploaded, but when I check the Results area it says they are all "In Progress" and the outcome is "Unknown" I am connected to the internet 24/7 so that shouldn't be the problem. Am I doing something wrong on my end or is it just that there is a 24 hour update period or something I didn't know about?
