After QuChem disappearance I am left with only Einstein@home and Rosetta@home BOINC projects. WCG in the Krembil version is not giving me any task and SETI@home is dead.

In LHC@home you can build "native" aoolications which don't use VirtualBox but only if you use Linux, not Windows.

But is it the use that can build them or must it be done on the server?

The user must build it following an instruction liat. But its meant for the Debian Linux distro, whilel I use SuSE, so I haven'bt built it. I have no problem with VirtualBox in three BOINC projects.

I can run rosetta python, QuChemPedIA@home. LHC@home both Atlas@home and SixTrack@home, , Einstein@home both on CPUs and GPUs. No World Community Grid Task is available and I doubt I shall ever see them. This on 3 Windows PCs, one very old Linux laptop and one Linux Virtual Machine unning OpenSuSE Tumbleweed, a development version updated very frequently. It runs a 5.17.7 Linux kernel, so I have to reboot it very frequently. It runs Einstein@home CPU tasks and nwchem CPU tasks.

rosetta python completed and validated. Six Rosetta 4.20 tasks running OK.

I am using 6.1.34 on rosetta python, Atlas@home and QuChem. All go well, but QuChem has many invalid results, not errors.
Tullio
My QuChem works perfectly on VB5. The good VB before they messed it up.

Why do you differentiate between "invalid" and "error"?

It is the project that makes the difference. I follow their naming.
Tullio
I have 56 invalids and 2 errors. I am number 59 in the RAC list.

I don't really understand. My smartphone Xiaomi Mi 9T pro worked under Rosetta @Home and I have probably 10,000 points there. Currently it is not getting any task. I'm using the Boinc app, so what can I do to get Rosetta to download tasks?

Can you load VirtualBox? You needit for rosetta python.

I am using VitualBox to build a Linux Virtual Machine that runs OpenSuSE Tumbleweed, a development versio with kernel 5.17.3, frequently updated so I have to reboot it frequently. It runs Einstein@home CPU tasks not being able to use the nVidia GTX1060 board of its Windows 10 host and QuChem, which being a Linux project does not need VirtualBox.

I am using VirtualBox 6.1.32 on three projects, this one, LHC@home (Atlas@home, CMS@home, Theory@home) and QuChemPedIA@home, all on Windows hosts, and I find no problem. Recently a few Rosetta 4.20 tasks failed, no rosetta pyhon task ever failed.
