The "jumping sheet" and "protein interface design" WU always fail for me, while the "ignore the rest" complete ok. The problem is in Rosetta's applications and we can do nothing about it.

A usual error output is:

15/08/2012 22:06:46 | rosetta@home | Computation for task Tc719_jumping_sheet2_wt4_0_52765_43811_0 finished

15/08/2012 22:06:46 | rosetta@home | Output file Tc719_jumping_sheet2_wt4_0_52765_43811_0_0 for task Tc719_jumping_sheet2_wt4_0_52765_43811_0 absent

I'm crunching Rosetta on a 32bit machine, so I don't think the 64 bit argument below can be valid.

Yesterday 27/4/2012 I was getting more and more client errors using BOINC 7.0.025.

In frustration I stopped my crunching with Rosetta and replaced BOINC with version 6.12.34 which can still be downloaded from the BOINC website.

Since then, I have had no client errors.

Boincmgr 6.12.34 (x64) here and all WU fail :-( That's on Windows, I'll try on Linux tonight... It's weird all of a sudden Rosetta's WU fail in so many BOINC versions and architectures. Must be something on the Rosetta's binaries side.
