AND THEN there's example 2: "add https:"bopinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta."" Add? To what, and how? I don't see it on any list and you thoughtfully don't tell us where to "add" it. I spent 30 years in computer I&T and I can't figure out your "helpful" instructions. And this is supposed to fix some change (let us not laughingly call it an 'upgrade') that YOU made. How about cleaning up after your "improvements"?
